Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une salade de b\u0153uf normalement tr\u00e8s relev\u00e9e que l\u2019on peut aussi consommer avec du riz. Alex n\u2019\u00e9tant pas friand de plat \u00e9pic\u00e9, j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 faire l\u2019impasse sur le piment et accompagn\u00e9 le tout d\u2019une petite salade de mangue.<\/p>\n[divider]Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 personnes[\/divider]\n<ul>\n<li>15 minutes de pr\u00e9paration + 1h de repos pour la marinade<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9cessite 1 bol, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe et une po\u00eale<\/li>\n<li>Bavette ou b\u0153uf tendre 150g<\/li>\n<li>Sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>Coriandre<\/li>\n<li>Menthe fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>1 mangue<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 concombre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[divider]La Recette[\/divider]\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9mincer la bavette en lamelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja, de la coriandre et de la menthe fra\u00eeches finement cisel\u00e9es, 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail, du poivre et le jus d&rsquo;un citron vert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporer la viande et m\u00e9langer. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu de coriandre fra\u00eeche et quelques feuilles de menthe dans votre assiette. Vous pouvez aussi, si vous aimez cela, saupoudrer de la cacahu\u00e8te concass\u00e9e sur votre viande lors du dressage ou encore mettre du <span class=\"st\">piment oiseau<\/span> dans votre marinade.
